Refund policy
All pieces are made-to-order products. Therefore all sales are final. However, you can contact us via email for exchange or size swap before shipment.
If returns are possible
- If you receive a defective/incorrectly delivered product, please report it within 7 days of receiving the product.
When returns are not possible
- If the product is damaged due to the consumer's negligence
- If you have already used the product
- If you receive the product more than 7 days after the order date
- If the price tag is lost or damaged
